STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: I’ll Love You For Leather

Newsflash: Leather is not just for bikers. You’ve seen the mannequins rocking the all leather everything and wondered if you could pull that off or not. The answer is simply this…YES! Leather comes in all forms in the fashion world such as, jackets (bonus points for added fringe), boots, purses, gloves, pants, dresses and we can’t forget about the adored leather skirt.

I spotted this Fashionista flawlessly pairing her leather skirt with a beautiful wine-colored blouse and chic bootie heels. Skip the necklace on this outfit because this top is so unique it basically has your necklace built into it. The triangular cutouts and gold links that are weaved throughout the collar makes for the perfect accents, which means no necklace necessary. Not to mention, her suede booties with decorative buckles on the back are absolutely to die for and are definitely a must-have in your wardrobe this fall.

This Fashionista’s style was screaming all things fall. Her oh-so-perfect ombré hair almost had me at a loss for words, it was so flawless. Ombré has been the hottest trend in hair for a while now and I don’t see it going to the wayside anytime soon (thank goodness for that). I couldn’t help but notice her leather cross-body Michael Kors purse with gold accents. This purse is the perfect size for carrying around just your essentials such as your cell phone, wallet and fave lip stain.

Back to the one part of this Fashionista’s outfit that really stands out; her leather skirt. It’s the perfect length and it’s a bold piece in her outfit, but it’s not overwhelming. The ways to wear this skirt are endless. You could dress it up in different ways to create multiple looks such as a classy-chic look, or a fierce and edgy look. Nonetheless, this Fashionista rocks her whole outfit with confidence and that’s what makes her look so stunning!

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “Never be afraid of mixing colors; right now, mixing colors and materials is on-trend. Whatever looks good on you, don’t be afraid to pull it off.”
