STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Cool, Calm and Collective

If you were stuck wearing a uniform for 12 years of your life, you’d know that one of the best parts about college is that students have the freedom to wear whatever they want. Since the semester is fairly new, most of us are still rocking our new back to school outfits, but we all know that once that third week comes around that will all change. Here, this Fashionista shows us how to dress comfortable and stylish at the same time.

Spotted in the big apple, I couldn’t resist her edgy and simple sporty look. Who would of known that the infamous designer, Stella McCartney, designed her gray T-shirt! That’s right, Stella McCartney has partnered with adidas for what is known as the “winning workout wear” according to the designer’s website. This Fashionista was extremely proud to showcase her thick gray polyester shirt in front of the camera.

Following with her adidas gray T-shirt, this Fashionista matched it up with a pair of plain black spandex leggings, which added more comfort to the outfit. Leggings are the perfect leg essential to wear when your pants or jeans aren’t working with your attire. They are comfortable to wear for those careless days that we all have but also shows off our prettiest curves.

Not only did I love her laid back outfit, but I was also obsessed with the accessories she decided to wear. Her chain, which is in the shape of eyeglasses, black ring and Barbie doll nails simultaneously dress up her outfit and keep it relaxed. Her chic black handbag also contributed to the comfortable outfit. You can never go wrong by having a black handbag; it goes with whatever kind of outfit you have on.

It’s clearly safe to say that those days of looking like a bum are over. If you were struggling to figure out how to look cute and comfy for those lazy days, this Fashionista has got you covered.

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “If you have on a simple outfit on, accessories can always turn your outfit around to something different and better.”
