It is official, guys! The first week of school at Morgan State is complete. I am beyond ecstatic because I love my classes, the weather has been beautiful and I have officially started my fall internship for CollegeFashionista.
This week, my campus has been full of some hours in the library, visiting the financial aid office, laughing with friends and getting a private fashion show as I sit on the bench, listening to “Cheers” by Rihanna, as students are walking past me admiring my pepperoni Converse. It’s been a great day and seems to only get better as I spot the fashionable students walking to class.
Prints are a great way to add fun, excitement and some eyes to an outfit. I think of it as a dare to a good game of truth or dare, although at the end of this dare, you will be looking chic. It can be difficult to mix prints together, but if you have the confidence, nothing can stop you! The tan shorts draw less attention, thus letting the button-down and TOMS shoes be the central aspects of the outfit with a cross necklace over top.
