Before I go all into details, I want to share something I’ve noticed recently. Lately, I’ve seen more and more all back (or mostly all black) ensembles. So my question is: Is black the new floral this spring? I think yes. I will never get tired of saying how amazing and versatile the color black is.
I spotted this Fashionisto as I was leaving the parking garage at school, and luckily I had my camera on hand to capture his look. This look is perfect for anyone trying to stroll through campus undercover. It’s perfect for that morning after a long night of studying or partying. And yes, although there are many great details to this ensemble there are two key components to this look that I would like to focus on—his mirrored sunglasses and black cap.
This Fashionisto’s oversized, mirrored sunglasses caught my eye right away. Gosh I love them so much that I want to buy the same pair! This style of glasses is very popular throughout my Instagram feed and on the street. The great thing about these sunglasses is that you can get a pair at a super low price. The black cap really just completed the whole ensemble. I’ve always thought of caps as an accessory to hide your face, and that is exactly what I got from this ensemble. I call this outfit “incognito-chic.” Other details that contributed to this look were this Fashionisto’s longline turtleneck and his simple bomber jacket.
