Hello Fashionistas and Fashionistos! Some of you guys may know me and some of you may not (but that’s okay, because I will love you guys regardless…maybe), so I should introduce myself! My name is Andrew Jackson but for the most part everyone calls me Andy. I am majoring in Journalism at Delaware State University, and will minor in Fashion Merchandising starting this fall. This will be my second semester with CollegeFashionista, and I cannot wait to gain more amazing experiences through this wonderful internship. What’s even more fantastic this time around, is that I’m a social media and editorial intern! As you can see, I’m a guy with many hats, even though you shouldn’t literally wear many hats all at once.

Aside from loving my work at CollegeFashionista, I have many other things that I love, as well. I love learning about different languages and places (Japan is top priority country to visit), spending my time on YouTube, cooking up new and fun dishes and I also love writing for my personal blog, Le Homme Journal. I think being passionate about so many things gives someone the passion that is needed in the fashion industry. There’s no way you can be passionate about something, but have no motivation to finish it. That’s why I give my 100 percent to everything I do, and produce my best content. Always remember that, guys and gals! If you do so, the reward will be very worth it in the end.

As for my style, I am a guy who loves American Trad and odes to Ivy League schools in the ’40s through ’70s. There’s just something about a pair of loafers with awesome trousers that can make a simple look, very classic. I could talk more about this, but I don’t want to bore anyone. I tried to adhere to that concept with this look, and wore an awesome tuxedo polo from Zara that is my absolute favorite. To complement the look, I wore dark gray trousers from Express and brown oxfords to draw in the whole look. For me, the look is never complete without the accessories that accompany it. I wore my brown fedora that I just squeal for sometimes, and my awesome frames from ZeroUV. Who can say no to a fantastic pair of specs??

I am very excited once again to be doing this internship, and I am looking forward to become closer and converse with you all!
