Welcome back to school students! I will honestly say that I do miss the days when my mom and I would go back to school shopping. I would always want to wear them the next day, but was never allowed to until school. It was like Christmas, am I right? Even though us college students may no longer go on shopping sprees with our moms anymore, we still have school to attend to along with no money to spare for those back to school sales that are calling our name. Luckily this Fashionista has a cute and comfortable outfit for those rough first few weeks of trying to get back into the routine of things!
Ellen went with a cute and comfy look today that is simple and not too expensive to have in your closet! She decided to wear a knit, one size fits all, cropped sweater, with a lace halter bralette and some leggings. She added some detail with her three layer silver necklace along with her comfortable and very popular Birkenstocks. We all know how expensive Birkenstock are, but there are lots of awesome alternative versions of them! She is back to school ready because this look took her 10 minutes, and is cute and comfortable enough to walk to and from campus in. She is the definition of a back to school Fashionista!
One Simple Change: If she wanted to add more of a fancy look she could easily swap out the leggings and Birkenstocks for some dark wash jeans and booties for the weekend or even a date night!
