STYLE GURU STYLE: Hole In One

I’m sure we all saw Jordan Spieth kill the Master’s Golf Tournament, but the real competition was happening by the ladies in the crowds cheering him on. Many designers have been introducing a preppy look into their spring collections but no one will ever do it like kate spade new york does. kate spade new york‘s spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection brought us mod tennis dresses, floral prints and monochromatic two-piece sets. No one will ever do spring quite like kate spade does (and no I’m not talking about Middleton, although she does bring the heat in spring).

Wearing colors is something I do not do often, so it takes a lot of planning and time and sleep loss to create the perfect ensemble. That’s why I am totally obsessing over the two-piece printed trend that is going on this season. It makes getting dressed a lot easier and it is super comfortable! kate spade influenced me to step out of my black hole (literally) and dig up my old kate spade new york mini Beau bag and throw on some floral. kate spade is all about the detail so I paired my outfit with a little arm candy and white strappy sandals that I haven’t even looked at since I bought them.

This spring I am making it my goal to wear (a little) more color. Designers like kate spade and many others are easy to turn to for ideas to curate outfits with clothing you already own. Go check out her collection and let it inspire you this spring!
