One word: floral. I hope this pattern never goes out of style. With the turn of the seasons, I am so excited to ditch the dark, solid colored clothes and transition into fun colors and patterns for the spring. I thrive in spring time style and am living for the fact that all of my favorite stores are swapping warm clothes for light and airy pieces.
This top combines the trendiest styles all in one. The floral pattern, keyhole neckline, lace-up design, peplum bottom, and flowy sleeves fully encapsulate today’s trends. The best part is that it is still a unique piece. You don’t find many tops that have all of these characteristics in one. The purples and blues in the top are the perfect mixture for the spring and are flattering on any skin tone.
The jeans bring the denim trend into the outfit. Although these jeans are a plain blue, they allow the top to be the main focus of the entire ensemble. Every girl needs their go-to pair of jeans, and these do it for me. Just a simple blue that matches with everything is a staple in my wardrobe.
Next are the shoes. Open-toed booties like these are perfect for bringing the winter bootie style into the spring. Offering a lighter vibe than a typical, close-toed boot, the caramel brown color and open cuts on the sides make these shoes extra unique. The height of the heel make this outfit a great one for a night on the town with your girlfriends or a super cute date!
As for accessories, I decided to keep the jewelry really light in order to keep the focus on the top. A simple, silver charm bracelet and some hoop earrings complete the outfit with a dainty vibe.
All in all, there is no doubt that you’ll find me in outfits like this all season long. I definitely plan on carrying this style into the summer. I wonder how many cute, floral tops I can find throughout the spring and summer. Challenge accepted!
