Hey Fashionistas! My name is Morgan Green and I’m a senior journalism major at Temple University. This is my second semester with CollegeFashionista and I couldn’t be more thrilled to begin classes again. This summer I worked part-time, traveled to the Caribbean and explored the beautiful city of Philadelphia. Although Baltimore, Maryland is my hometown, I have come to call Philadelphia my home. When I’m not working or in classes, you’ll likely find me catching up on Grey’s Anatomy or Chrisley Knows Best and eating some sort of sugary snack.
I have made so many great friends and have grown so much in my time at Temple. My experience as an undergraduate student is quickly dwindling and I can’t believe that I’ll be doing some real life “adulting” soon. In order to do so, I’ve slowly but surely been revamping my wardrobe to better fit my fashion aesthetic. I can best describe my style as monochromatic chic. I love neutral hues on flattering pieces. I’ve been so into bodysuits for the fall and winter months. Pairing cute tops that make you feel beautiful and confident with a pair of high-waisted jeans is a go-to college look!
I threw on my favorite pair of black booties with a black felt hat to dress up the ensemble. Look out for chokers this season because they are all the rave. Chokers add that perfect grunge edge to any look. Being able to pull off versatile looks even when you’re a girly girl like me will turn heads on the way to class. Be sure to keep up with my posts this fall by following me. I hope that I can inspire your look whether it be for class or a date night! Have a great semester!
