Hello Fashionistas and Fashionistos! My name is Lexie Liston and I am a sophomore at the University of South Carolina. I am studying Retail Management and this is my first semester writing for CollegeFashionista! I am beyond thrilled to highlight some of South Carolina’s finest Fashionistas/os’ unique styles this semester as a Style Guru.
A little about me? Well, first off I would like to mention that I am a self-diagnosed shopaholic and I have always loved fashion. In between running a blog, being an Instagram addict and dealing with my coffee obsession, I also have a part time job at Nordstrom, which I love! Over the past couple of years I have really developed my own style, but that in no way means I have perfected it. My style consists of a casual look made up of a pair of booties, skinny black jeans and some form of neutral colored top. In the cooler months I live in oversized sweaters and large knit scarves. A staple piece in my wardrobe is my rose gold watch; it always enhances an outfit to have a put-together look in the simplest way possible.
With this being my first semester as a Style Guru I am eager to start expressing myself through fashion and photography while also discovering other student’s fashion around my campus. My goal this semester is to break out of my comfort zone by trying new styles and improving my writing skills.
