STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: T-shirts Crispier Than Lays

Let’s be real, when it’s sweltering hot there is no way you are wearing various layers. Chambray, cotton, seersucker and sheer fabrics are seemingly the way to go. There was not a day during the summer, where you didn’t find me super comfortable in my outfit! I wonder if that’s how Kim Kardashian feels when she is feeling flawless in her maxi dresses and stilettos. Then again, all of that seems super uncomfortable. Anyway, I think you can never go wrong with a white T-shirt. Hence, the success of Grease, Rebel Without A Cause, Drive and Footloose, in my opinion. To this day, you’ll see many guys rocking the basic tee, with multiple variations of it! The classic that will never die has to be the basic white T-shirt with a round collar. The Fashionisto incorporated this timeless staple in his look by giving it a bit more of an urban flare to it.

To bring some life into the look, the Fashionisto went ahead and threw on a bright red cap. If anything, a white T-shirt is like a canvas. The more you add to the look and change it up, the more unique it will be. It feels like the red cap was like a splash of red paint, and it gave the look a very energetic feel. To make the look more classic, the Fashionisto paired the white T-shirt with jean shorts. As you know, jeans remind us of American pie and rock ‘n’ roll as well. Jeans have this classic feel that make you want to jump in a car and go to a drive-in movie. Now that’s what I call some timeless living! As well, to balance out the look, the Fashionisto wore a pair of high-top Vans that muted the look perfectly. The feel of the Vans are daring and fantastic. They remind me of the checkered Vans worn in Fast Times At Ridgemont High.

To finish off the look, the Fashionisto rocked a pretty RAD gold chain that wrapped around twice. He also threw on a gold watch to match. To have those gold touches really finishes off a look that is truly one of a kind. As well, can we talk about the awesome Nike socks too? Cool points for you dude.
