STYLE ADVICE: Bring On Spring

March 3rd, 2017 at 2:00am

Is anyone else wishing Groundhog Day gave us a different outcome this year? The weather this winter has been a tease that has me wanting to step out in springtime style already. This in between seasons weather has really been difficult to dress for to say the least. Whenever I am quickly rushing to get my day started, I have been finding myself stumped with deciding what to wear. Instead of second guessing whether it’s too early to wear your blushes and florals, follow this Fashionista’s trendy transition period look.

This Fashionista channels her inner ’90s self with a graphic T-shirt and vintage jeans and sneakers. To dress up the look, she added a dynamic leather jacket. The jacket adds a sophistication with shoulder pads and a sleek slimming shape. She has an eye for accessorizing with her dynamic stone choker and eclectic aviators. Adding to the look with her jacket and accessories immediately makes a casual outfit more chic and put together. She shows us that layering is key when dressing in between seasons because the weather is truly unpredictable. This is a great look to wear for a day mixed with running errands and grabbing brunch with friends. Overall, this Fashionista shows us that the crazy weather won’t kill her style game.

“I’m always on the go, so wearing something that makes me feel put together while being conducive to an active lifestyle is of high priority to me. With outfits that I’ll run around town in, I never limit myself to one level or casual or dressy clothing. Sporty footwear and dresses can coexist, as can a hoodie and heels.”

Wear this look into the night by simply just swap out the vintage sneaks for a bold, springy midi heel.
