ALL IN THE DETAILS: Stayin’ Shady

I know I always seem to drag on and on about how hot Florida is, but if you live or have ever lived in the state, you totally get it. While everyone else is enjoying leather weather, here in Florida we are still enjoying shorts and sandals weather. I’m sure it seems wonderful to those of you who are suffering the cold northern temperatures, but it gets a bit overrated after a while. That being said, it is no secret that a totally rad pair of sunglasses is a must-have year-round in Florida.

This Fashionista is rocking an essential Floridian fall look: chambray shirt, knit skirt and all. To help her survive the Sunshine State’s bright sun, she is relying on a pair of super cool tortoise shell sunglasses. Who said you can’t wear sunglasses in the fall and winter? The rounded shape of the frame gives them an edgier look than a pair of wayfarers, while still providing an ample amount of UV protection, which is a must throughout the year.

The gold accent on her sunglasses is carried throughout this Fashionista’s look with the help of her jewelry. She has on a beautiful two-toned geometric necklace. I have totally been loving the two-toned jewelry trend this season and have already started collecting some favorites. This Fashionista continues her gold accent with the help of her watch. She has on a beautiful Michael Kors watch, which is necessary for any Fashionista on the go. This Fashionista completes her look with a pair of all-white, pointed flats. These flats do a superb job at completing her look and making her outfit ready for a busy day.

How To: If you are not lucky enough to live in a warm place this fall, you can still rock a killer pair of shades. Pair your favorite all-black sunglasses with your go-to all black look for a sleek and put together outfit.
