It’s officially fall here at Xavier University! For the longest time, it didn’t even feel like fall was here despite the date on the calendar. Once the temperatures start dropping, it’s the perfect time to bring out your favorite flannel. The thing I love the most about plaid flannels is that it never seems to go out of style, and it’s always a staple in fall fashion.
The other great thing about plaid is that while it has its own details through color and pattern size, it’s easy to accessorize and add more detail to it. This Fashionista is sporting a red, navy blue and white plaid shirt accented with a beige infinity scarf. The scarf then has tassels, and a diamond-like stitching pattern. Although the scarf is in a neutral color, it adds another striking detail to an otherwise simplistic outfit.

Lastly, this Fashionista is wearing a copper-toned necklace engraved with “PERROS.” If you couldn’t guess, she has a serious love for dogs, so why not let the world know by wearing it on your necklace? The look is then tied together with a classic pair of blue skinny jeans and combat boots.
