ALL IN THE DETAILS: Detox in Your Reboks

As the Thanksgiving holiday comes to a close, our bodies are in need of a serious detox. Full days of class and long nights in the library do not help our already sluggish selves trying to recover from a week long of feasting. After indulging in what seemed like pounds of turkey, piles of mashed potatoes and boatloads of gravy—it is time to show our bodies some TLC.

After a long holiday week, this Fashionista came back to school energized and ready to get back into her normal workout routine. While she admits to enjoying a week of relaxing in good company and good eats (who wouldn’t?), she knows the importance of a quality detox after holiday celebrations.

The problem most people have is finding that motivation to get back to the gym. This Fashionista stresses that the best way she motivates herself is by putting together an outfit that gets her excited to take on her workout. Looking good and feeling good is a deadly combo when it comes to getting in a good work out; some may even call you unstoppable.

For this workout in particular, she chose her favorite black lululemon leggings with mesh on the sides, a fun twist on the classic black style. She paired them with a lightweight loose-fitting tank top with a black razorback detailing. Her black bralette tied the outfit together and added a little something extra with its caged backing. She threw on her running shoes and her Fitbit, ready to conquer her workout and recover from the holiday of feasting!
