WHAT TO WEAR: Girl’s Night Out

In my opinion, girl’s night out is the best day of the week and one should be dressed accordingly. On a girl’s night, you should have fun with your outfit. Be flirty and dress up! This Fashionista is pictured wearing her new romper from Brandy Melville.

This adorable outfit is perfect for a girl’s night out, date night and more. The way she wears it, with black heels and a pop of lipstick, is styled to be worn for a night out on the town. This romper is super soft, comfortable and fits any body type. She said it was the comfiest thing she ever wore!

The black and white floral pattern allows it to be seamlessly matched with any pair of plain-colored heels, boots or sandals, such as the black pair she has on. The simplicity of the outfit also allows for this Fashionista to dress it up with eye-catching makeup. Since she’s going out for drinks and dinner with her besties, she has put a bold plum lipstick on her lips, a smoky eye and a hint of bronzer on her face.

With the addition of makeup and heels, this Fashionista transforms her comfy romper into sexy, nighttime wear; perfect for girls night out. This floral romper reminds me of the flowy, simplicity of Alexis Mabille’s spring/summer 2015 ready-to-wear line. Mabille offers neutral tones, with many separates and loose-fitted dresses that connect with the romper outfit. The colors in this Fashionista’s outfit can also be associated with the prints Alexander McQueen revealed on his spring/summer 2015 runway also.

McQueen showed fabulous blacks and bold patterns that included a black and white flower pattern, slightly similar to the romper pictured here. The design is perfect for a fun and flirty night with the girls. This Fashionista is wearing her romper and strappy heels at just the right time, when summer is coming to an end, but the chill of fall has yet to set in.

One Simple Change: If the romper was a hit during girl’s night out, and you want to wear it again, you can! Switch out the black heels for a pair of simple Keds and tone down the makeup, and you’ll be ready for class, or meeting the parents. Try a nude lipstick and soft eye shadow instead of bold ones. This will give you a more casual, approachable look.
