WHAT TO WEAR: Fall

Fall is definitely the most fun, yet confusing season to dress for. Since the weather is constantly changing from being sunny and beautiful to windy and cold within the matter of a week, it is difficult to find the perfect outfit. Since it is so challenging to find one go to outfit that would work for both the sunny and colder days, I am going to give you a few tips to help you out!

To start, a great pair of jeans work well for the warm and cold weather. On the sunnier days I tend to wear a lighter wash denim and a darker wash on the colder days. Wearing a pair of distressed jeans is also an extremely easy way to stay on trend and add a little more detail to your overall look. Secondly, it is a good idea to wear a long-sleeve shirt when you are not sure what the weather is going to be like. Long sleeve shirts are great because you can wear them normally if it is cold out, but if it starts to get warmer throughout the day you can easily roll up the sleeves so you do not get too hot.

Another option would be to wear a simple T-shirt and top it with a bomber or leather jacket. Bomber jackets are better to wear on warmer days since they tend to breathe more than leather. Both Brandy Melville and Urban Outfitters have a great selection of leather and bomber jackets to check out.

I caught this Fashionista walking around campus on a beautiful fall day. With the beautiful weather, she chose to wear a distressed light wash jean and a rolled up long sleeve shirt. Additionally, she wore a pair of black quilted slip on sneakers that look great with any fall look. To accessorize, she kept it simple with a silver watch and a few rings. If there is such thing as a perfect fall outfit, I personally believe this Fashionista nailed it.
