WHAT TO WEAR: Classy for Class

As the end of September approaches, the temperatures are beginning to drop and fashion necessities are starting to change! It’s finally time to dust off your favorite fall riding boots, breakout your new booties and bring out your coziest infinity scarves. With October upon us, classes have been in full swing for almost a month and continuing to spice up your everyday look can start to get tricky. However, adding something unique to your classic outfit can be simple and easy; rock a new puffer vest with a fur trimmed hood or use a bright, colorful bag to offset a darker ensemble. Just because it’s cold, doesn’t mean you should be afraid to be bold!

This Fashionista is keeping her look classy and simple for late September classes, but also incredibly chic. It’s easy to get in the habit of wearing your favorite leggings and pull-over, but a cute pair of skinny jeans and a fitted jacket are a great way to mix it up, keeping your look fresh and feeling awesome despite the regular routine of classes and work.

For this look, the Fashionista paired distressed skinny jeans in a classic dark wash with a unique striped top. Additionally, her navy J.Crew jacket, with four front pockets and metallic gold buttons, gave her outfit a particular pop, making her look sophisticated, classy and cute on her way to the classroom. She accented the gold on her jacket with a simple, tasteful monogramed necklace and a single stranded gold bracelet. Lastly, she rocked light grey Via Spiga slip-on sneakers, tying her look together, while making it different, fun and adorable.

As the leaves continue to change colors and our wardrobes transition from rompers and sandals to jeans, vests and boots, don’t shy away from making bold statements and mixing up your reliable, “go to” outfits!
