WHAT TO WEAR: Class

October 13th, 2015 at 2:10am

The fall semester is filled with fun events to attend no matter what university you go to. Sometimes there aren’t enough hours in the day for wardrobe changes as you transition from day classes to evening events. I caught this Fashionista serving some major street style. One way to ensure that you’re ready for the evening is dress your best for class. Although she had her bicycle loaded with a backpack and class gear, she sure did dress to impress. It was Oscar Wilde who said, “You can never be overdressed or overeducated.”

This Fashionista paired a simple, sleeveless little black dress with some cute, yet functional red pumps to add a pop of color. To accessorize, she layered some thin, silver bangles and wore a pair of elegant stud earrings. Her vibrant red lipstick pulled her look together perfectly and could be worn at any time of the day. She opted for a chic updo and wore black sunglasses for an added element of sophistication.

Whether you’re doing an important class presentation or heading out to an evening lecture, you’ll definitely turn heads with a classy look like this one. Don’t be afraid to pull out your favorite dress and pair it with some comfortable flats, pumps or wedges, even if you’re just going to class. Looking and feeling your best is important, no matter the occasion. This fall, I definitely plan on stepping up my style game, even if I’m just going to class.

One Simple Change: As the weather and seasons change, your style doesn’t have to. For a special event on a chilly autumn night, you could pair this LBD with a simple cardigan or a stylish blazer.
