WHAT TO WEAR: Class

As I was driving back up to Tallahassee from my home in south Florida, there were a lot of bittersweet emotions arising. I was going to miss my friends and family, but at the same time, I was really excited to get back to school and start my fall semester. This semester I was able to start classes in my major, meaning “furs, trims and leather” was an actual lecture I had to take notes on. With that being said, I am absolutely loving the semester so far and cannot wait to see where it takes me.

This is Tatiana. She is a sophomore here at Florida State University and is studying Psychology and Biology. I was able to catch her in between classes and capture her chic, laid back ensemble. If you’re getting coffee in the morning, attending classes or meeting up with friends in the evening, this look will travel with you; it is versatile and works for every activity you would engage in on a ordinary day on campus. Try these jelly flats for a comfortable and versatile option. Customize this nylon schoolbag from American Apparel with buttons and patches as Tatiana did. The black high-rise jeans are a great transition piece for fall. Throw on your favorite graphic T-shirt and jewelry to complete the look!

One Simple Change: Want to meet up with some friends for dinner after class? For an easy transformation into a nighttime look, change to a pair of black heeled booties and your favorite shoulder bag. Voila!
