WHAT TO WEAR: Brunch

Another round of mimosas? Yes, please! One of my favorite things about the fall season is the weather, and consequently the last few outdoor Sunday brunches. Any excuse to dress cute and eat an amazing omelet is good enough for me.

This Fashionista uses neutrals to her advantage and pairs her black and white outfit with some nude accessories for an overall polished and professional look.

With the changing of the seasons, the weather is often difficult to decode. She chose to pair her shirt dress with a longer cream blazer—keeping both seasons’ apparel in play and keeping her comfortable all day. Smart move, Fashionista!

Her accessories are also a definite brunch do.” The slingback suede booties are a nod to fall, while the open toe gives you a reason for one last summer pedicure. She keeps summer alive and well through her handbag, too. Here, she dons a nice neutral Kate Spade tote and rocks her Ray-Bans perfect for blocking some rays while sipping some OJ.

Whatever you choose to wear (or order) at brunch, have a great time with great people. Fall is an amazing time for fashion (hello, chunky knits!) and saying goodbye to summer doesn’t have to be depressing. Be graceful about it and allow your style to shine through in everything you wear.

One Simple Change: Socializing all day long and have plans with the girls after your daytime activities? This look can be easily transformed for a little G.N.O. fun. Trade in your slingbacks for some higher heels and throw on some fun statement jewelry! Now is the time to add in some color!
