Here’s What CF Community Members Wore To Summer Concerts

This past summer served as one of the most epic concert seasons in history. From Taylor Swift’s record-breaking, career-defining Eras Tour making stops all across North America and Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour filling up stadiums, all the way to Paramore‘s massive return to the centerstage as well as stacked festival after stacked festival–it’s fair to assume most of our bank accounts are utterly drained. Of course, tickets weren’t the only thing to purchase, as everyone needs the perfect summer concert outfits to match the occasion.

While it is time to return back to school and work, we really have to revisit the amazing ensembles that carried us all through day-long queues to see the best artists in the world. Plus, even though summer might be almost through, concert season is never over. Not only does Taylor Swift have a few North American tour dates left, but the Jonas Brothers just embarked on a tour, and more festivals including Austin City Limits are opening their gates in the fall. Whether your Ticketmaster account is empty or full of autumn tickets, these College Fashionista members are sure to inspire your next concert outfit.

Platform Sandals For Days

You don’t have to wear boots or tennis shoes to stay comfy while walking around at a major music fest. Fashionista @socialblessing wore these white, laced-up platforms with bold flower accents. These paired fabulously with a long sleeve, off-the-shoulder crop top and floral midi skirt and was ideal for watching Rolling Loud performers such Playboy Carti, A$AP Rocky, Ice Spice, and beyond.

Plaid Mini Skirt Moment

CF member @jessicaquecano on Instagram shared this cute, grungey fit for the beabadoobee show at the Greek Theater L.A. The plaid mini skirt is the only skirt we all need for summer and fall, TBH. It’s cute as is, or layered with patterned tights and combat boots. Plus, we would also cry if we got to see beabadoobee and hear “Glue Song” live.

Pink Everything, Please

Pink platform boots for the Blackpink show? Say less! This pink outfit from Instagram user @lindatenchitran has everything from adorable embellished fishnet tights to heart-shaped belt buckles on the mini skirt. The details are perfection.

Birthday Girl Gear

Listening to “She Looks So Perfect” by 5 Seconds Of Summer is a canon event. Now that 5SOS is touring with support from Meet Me @ The Altar, we can all live our teenage dreams by seeing Luke Hemmings in person. CF member @wreckxng wore her best pop-punk attire with a splash of pink and a birthday sash to celebrate the occasion. HBD, BB!

Fringe, Fringe, Fringe

If you’re going to a Beyoncé Renaissance tour date, you need a bit of glam. CF’s @zahrascreationz sported some sparkled with this thrilling diamond fringe on a brimmed black hat. Basically, everyone needs to add more sparkly fringe to their wardrobe ASAP.

Sparkles, Of Course

College Fashonista members have been absolutely killing it when it comes to Eras Tour outfits. CF member @sickovivian got to catch Taylor at one of her shows in Los Angeles, and we are so jealous. This outfit is perfectly sparkly for taking amazing pictures and it’s also breathable for a night of dancing and screaming to T. Swift’s storied discography.

Time For Black Gloves

Instagram user @brendismode rocked equal parts glamour and comfort at Beyoncé’s Chicago show. Pairing elbow-length black gloves with cargo pants and a black top, this is the combo I didn’t know we all needed. It’s so elegant and also a little punk. Perfection.
