STYLE GURU STYLE: Sweet Spring Style

The most recent runway show from kate spade new york was amazing. As always, the pieces were a mixture of professional, quirky and girly. It wouldn’t be a kate spade new york piece if it didn’t have some sort of bow or other fun and feminine spin on it. One of my most favorite thing about all of the pieces is that they are always so fun! No matter the color scheme or structure, kate spade new york is always mixing things up with creative, loud prints and large bows and buttons.

Today I decided to try out one of the looks from the runway show that I fell in love with. There aren’t many things that I love more than a good blazer, but a pink one is even more swoon worthy! I adore this look and its ability to look professional while not looking too stiff or uncomfortable. I decided to go with a peach-colored blazer with an inner floral print and lace trim to make the outfit spring appropriate. I kept it simple with gold accessories and a pair of nude heels.

kate spade new york’s looks always inspire me to step out of my comfort zone and try something a little quirky. Whether it’s a massive bow, lemon-printed shirt or rhinestone-encrusted button-up, I love the brand’s ability to always deliver creative pieces. I’m excited to see how kate spade new york adds different pieces to their whimsical clothing line!

Get My Look: 1. A spring blazer. 2. Classic nude heels. 3. Simple, gold accessories.
