It may be freezing right now, but at least snow photographs nice, right? Every season, so many trends come and go, but one in particular has really stuck out to me: the embroidery trend. I especially love all the rose embroidery going around. These days you’ll walk into a store and see everything embroidered, from jeans and jackets to tops and boots. The reason why I love this trend so much is that it just adds so much flare and spunk to any basic piece.
I truly believe a moto jacket is a staple in every girl’s closet, whether it’s leather, suede, denim, etc. That’s why when I found this embroidered leather moto-style jacket, I died a little on the inside and knew I had to have it. The roses on the side make it so fun and trendy! It’s the perfect piece to throw on and automatically look stylish. I think the best pieces are ones you can just grab and put on in a rush but still look so put together, especially as a college student where you probably don’t have a bunch of time to get ready. I also highly recommend investing in basics, like a good pair of ripped black denim jeans, and good black booties because I promise you that you will wear these items over and over again.
Honestly, we all know that black is a flattering color on everyone. We all want to wear all black every day. However, I think embroidered pieces can be subtle ways to start slowly adding some color into your wardrobe. When it comes to style, just remember it’s fun to try out new trendy pieces that might be out of your comfort zone!
