Hello fellow Fashionistas! My name is Stephanie Sapienza and I am thrilled to be returning for my third semester as a Style Guru! I will be starting my junior year in the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. My major is in marketing with a minor in graphic design. I would love to merge my love for both marketing and fashion through social media outlets. The immediacy of social media is something that fascinates me and I would love to pursue this career in either the fashion or food industry. Hey, a girl has to eat!
In my spare time I love to venture downtown. Living in New York comes with so many opportunities. There is a surprise at the turn of every corner. The only form of exploration I will ever do will be in the concrete jungle—wearing something camouflage of course. I like to keep of a list of stores, restaurants or tourist attractions that I would love to visit one day. However when it comes to New York, the list is never ending. I am constantly finding out about new places whether it is through a friend or seeing a piece of clothing on an Instagram post that I want to hunt down.
The outfit I have featured here today is a great wear for spending the day in the city. The white blouse is classic and simple in the front with a sweet detail in the back. I feel this shirt is definitely apart of my staple wardrobe for the summer. It is lightweight which will definitely help you remain cool. I paired this shirt with a simple pair of light washed jeans. If it is very warm outside I would swap out the jeans for a pair of denim or colored shorts. I decided to add some color to my look through my rose petal colored sunglasses. Lastly, I wanted to dress the look up with a fancy pair of sandals.
I am so excited to be back for my third semester, Fashionistas! I cannot wait to see what it has in store for us. I hope this summer is full of great finds, whether it is food or fashion!
