STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Getting Back To The Basics

With school coming to a close, many of us students are using these last couple of exam days to be as comfortable and weather appropriate as possible. There is nothing worse than sitting in a freezing cold classroom or one that feels like the Sahara Desert. So once we have acquired the standard temperature controls for each classroom from the University, we can now plan our outfit for the day. The next debacle is what to actually wear, It is a common trend that the students who are usually in good academic standard and ready to ace the exam tend to dress relaxed and easy, as they have nothing to worry about. However, the students who are on the edge of a high F and hoping to win over some extra credit points by dressing as professionally as possible, wear their outfit as a good luck charm.

This Fashionista must be one of the students who is confident in their grades and their semester of hard work because she is exuding the prefect rendition of getting back to the basics. Don’t be fooled by the use of the word “basics.” It does not mean that the outfit is not as interesting or fashionable. Sporting a classic white lace shirt, black skinny zippered two-pocket jeans and plum cardigan, this Fashionista is totally fashionable! To accessorize, she wears a black and gold necklace, caramel brown tote and uniquely colored canvas shoes. As a pop of color that matches her cardigan, she wears plum and white striped socks tucked under her rolled-up skinny jeans.

Looking perfectly comfortable and ready for her final, I spotted this Fashionista on her way to success. Good luck!
