STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Fall Into Suede

Fall is just around the corner along with cool, crisp air and falling leaves. Fall is by far my favorite time of the year because of the colors used in fashion during this season. The olive greens and light browns will always have a place in my heart. With the odd weather that the beginning of fall brings with it in Ohio, you need an outfit that can make it through the crisp mornings and the hot afternoons, all the way to the muggy nights. It is hard finding a material that will help you make it through the whole day without either breaking a sweat or getting the chills. That is why suede is the fabric to buy this fall.

This season, suede is the perfect fabric to wear whether it be a shirt, skirt, pants or shoes. Suede keeps you warm but is thin enough to get you through those days that are 80 degrees in the morning but 60 degrees at night. This Fashionista does a great job of showcasing how to wear this material as a skirt on a warmer day. She paired it with a sequined top and accented the outfit with green and gold bracelets and green sandals. This Fashionista just looks like she’s ready to take on fall.

With fall right around the corner, I highly recommend getting suede apparel in your closet. You’re overheating and/or cold chills will be ended with this soft, stylish fabric. I’m so excited that fall is almost here and I can start pulling out light jackets and sweaters out of my closet. Stay tuned to hear more of the upcoming trends this fall.
