Missouri weather is by far the hardest to predict. It can go from raining all morning to a sunny and 75 day filled with nothing but clear skies in just a matter of hours. With Missouri’s weather games, it can be rather difficult to get dressed in the morning and have an appropriate look for the entire day. Or at least that’s my excuse for taking my time in the morning. This week’s Fashionista has created a look that keeps her ready for whatever Missouri tries to throw at her.
This Fashionista caught my eye right away due to her choice in shoes. Yes, I know that may sound a little weird, but that is always something I struggle with because walking through the rain in sandals is one of my biggest pet peeves. Her Converse are the perfect way to finish off a spring look without looking dressed for the winter or the summer. They are also a great way to complete a clean, preppy ensemble and add a little pop of brightness to your outfit.
Her look is very versatile, which is ideal when you aren’t took sure what the weather could be like throughout the day. Since her look is more causal, she can still rock it while going to class or just strolling through town.
What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “I am always looking for the right pair of shoes to wear when the seasons are transitioning, and I think simple sneakers are the great option. I can rock them when it’s a cool rainy spring day that calls for jeans or with a pair of shorts and still feel like they fit with my outfit.”
