Finals week. It’s the dreaded period when college students are struggling to finish the last pull of their workload. It involves lots of stress and very little or no sleep. Trying to dress fashionably during this time is a struggle since most of the day is spent sitting at the library and pouring over notes.

The biggest struggle to overcome when dressing for this week is achieving the perfect combination of fashion and comfort. This Fashionista managed to hurdle past this obstacle with her effortlessly put together outfit. Her harem pants‘ cuffed legs allow for a cinched, put together look while the looser, upper part allow for maximum comfort. With a baggy silhouette near the hips and tapering as it gets closer to the calves, the pants allow for a perfect fit while not making the leg feel compressed. The flowy, crochet crop top allows for movement and because of its loose-fitting style isn’t constricting and feels comfortable to sit in for a long period of time. As for footwear, walking from the library to get food and to various classes is no big deal when wearing Birkenstocks.

I love how this Fashionista paired her crochet top with a white bralette since the crop top was see through. The bralette added a trendy twist to the top by showing some skin without baring it all.

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “My advice when wearing harem pants is to match it with a crop top since the harem pants themselves are pretty loose. This will prevent you from losing your shape.”
