Everything You Need To Master The Pink Pilates Princess Aesthetic

If you love pink as much as I do, then you’ve definitely come across the coveted pilates princess aesthetic on TikTok. I’m always keeping an eye out for new fashion fads, and this aesthetic definitely  caught my eye. The pink pilates princess aesthetic is full of light pink, neutral tones showcased in the form of girl-on-the-go fashion pieces. Just envision what you would expect a princess who loves pink to wear to her morning pilates class, and you’ve got an idea of what this aesthetic encompasses. If you haven’t heard of it, good news: I’m here to dish out everything you need to know about  the emerging pink pilates princess aesthetic.

Personally, I would say the pink pilates princess style is a blend of two other common aesthetics. Take coquette, encompassed by feminine and dainty themes, and mix it with balletcore, adorned with pieces that off-duty ballerinas would wear IRL, and you’ve pretty much defined the inspiration for the pink pilates princess era.

Heading into the winter months, I’ve seen a surge in the popularity of the pink pilates princess aesthetic. It’s really such an easy style to dress for, and you only need an assortment of neutral (and of course pink!) colors and pieces to master the look. Without further ado, let’s take a look at the six pieces that will help you master the pink pilates princess aesthetic.

01. Neutral sweatshirts

You might find that a majority of the products showcased in this roundup are workout inspired, and with a simple sweatshirt, we’re going for an off duty just-worked-out type look. Everyone needs a classic pullover or hoodie, and to master the pilates princess style, stick to neutral toned colors, and light pink of course.

02. Yoga pants

There is no way that you could even attempt to embody the pink pilates princess aesthetic without a pair of yoga pants. I’ve been obsessed with yoga pants lately, and they just go well with everything in my closet. For some reason, they just give off such a feminine vibe to me. I style them with an oversized sweatshirt or tank and cardigan combo when I’m trying to subtly serve.

03. Workout sets

It took me a long time to realize owning a cute workout set doesn’t mean I have to workout in it. No seriously, workout sets just make the best looks. I’m all about a good matching co-ord, and the stretchy fabric that they usually sport makes for a comfortable yet sleek look.

Everything about the aesthetic is sleek yet classic, and a bodysuit is all that and more. Whether you’re really planning on attending pilates, a unitard is the perfect clothing item to throw on no matter what the occasion is. Everyone knows mini winter boots are fully back in style with the colder temperatures creeping in on us. I broke out my pair of Uggs the first time that the temperature dropped below 60 degrees, and no, I’m not apologizing about it! Though Uggs are typically the first brand of winter boots that people think about, there are a bunch of others out there on the market that sport incredible colors, specifically pink, which we’ll be needing as a pilates princess. They’re great to throw on after you leave your morning workout or when you’re heading out for a daily coffee run.

06. A reusable water bottle

Alas, I couldn’t detail an aesthetic with the word “pilates” in its title without including a critical part of all working out: Water… or water bottles. I’ve gone through my fair share of reusable water bottles in my days, but my favorite ones have minimal design effort. If you want to really fit in with the trends, you’ll pick up a Stanley tumbler. However, mine is actually from Walmart, and it’s always served me well!
