BEAUTY BAR: The Purrrfect Cat Eyes

As the semester comes to a close, it is time to start packing up your things and get ready to head home for winter break. Coming back to your hometown, does not only mean you are coming back home to see your family but even your friends and people you went to high school with. You are bound to run in to an ex-flame or even someone you always had a crush on but were too nervous to tell them how you felt.  Of course, you want to make a statement and look your best for whoever you may run into and this Fashionista has the purr-fect beauty advice to help you look sensational.

This Fashionista is known for doing her makeup and creating the ideal feline flick. She first applied some of her Stila in the light eyeshadow palette to give her eyes a natural look. Next she used her Sephora brand liquid eyeliner to giver her eye the perfect jet black cat eye. Finally to top the look off, she applied her favorite L’Oréal telescopic black mascara to make her lashes pop. You will be able to captivate people with your bold eyes, but let’s not forget your lips! This Fashionista opted for her favorite lipstick that gives just a pop of color. She loves her L’Oréal la laque lipstick because it highlights her lips without it being too much with her bold cat eyes.

Since her makeup is such a statement she decided to soften it by doing her hair in loose soft curls so she can wear her signature cat eye to class. She rocked an oversized boyfriend flannel shirt from Urban Outfitters and paired it with dark comfy leggings from Aerie. To add a little edge to her outfit she accessorized with a bold statement coin necklace from Target and some tight over-the-knee suede boots from Forever 21.

I love this look because it is bold and captivating but she made it look easy and casual. She looks effortless and trendy as she struts around campus with this casual look.  What’s great about her beauty tips are that she could easily change a few minor things and be ready to attend a holiday party. By adding maybe a fun skirt and a dark lip or even straightening her hair she would be ready for a night out!

What’s on the BEAUTY BAR: For this look you will need black liquid eyeliner, jet black mascara, neutral and metallic eyeshadow palette and a lipstick that adds just a little color!
