BEAUTY BAR: Smoky In The Snow

Cold, winter weather is now upon us! Although I am not a fan of the freezing cold weather, winter fashion and makeup makes some of the best looks. This lovely Fashionista sure knows how to bring the heat with her dramatic, dark smoky eye and lip! She rocks this look by using deep, pigmented eyeshadow to create the smoky look. She then uses an intense, black matte liquid eyeliner. Using the eyeliner, she creates a perfect wing, which brings out her eyes for a bold feel. To complete this eye-catching smoky eye, false lashes are the way to go. And lastly, liquid lipstick finishes the dramatic look. This lip color helps intensify the dark smoky eye.

This Fashionista finishes her winter look with a killer outfit. She is wearing a black dress, topped with a long chain necklace and a dark gray sweater. Her black knee-high boots complete the outfit. All of these pieces work together to create a beautiful, comfortable and vampy look that perfectly contrasts the wintery white snow. Keeping accessories simple allows the beauty look to take center stage of this look.

What’s on the BEAUTY BAR: Want to recreate this look? This Fashionista uses the NYX Vinyl Liquid Liner to create a perfect wing, Urban Decay’s Naked Smoky Eyeshadow Palette was used to make the dramatic smoky eye, the dramatic false eyelashes are Sonia Kashuk Full Drama Lashes, she uses L’OREAL’s Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation for flawless coverage and a neutral base and lastly, ColourPop’s Liquid Lipstick in Teeny Tiny for a bold lip color.
