BEAUTY BAR: Just Peachy

Two of my favorite things are cosmetics and food, so when there is a makeup trend combining the two, I’m all in! Peach is a perfect color that goes with pretty much every skin tone and it is the perfect color for spring. Many cosmetic brands are following suit with the peach trend, but Too Faced really killed the game. When Too Faced released its sweet peach collection on the 14th of December, it was like trying to score Coachella tickets.

The collection included a contour/highlight/blush palette, an eyeshadow palette, single pan blushes, and lip oils. Being one of the most anticipated cosmetic launches of the year, many found themselves on a standby page trying to get into the Too Faced website to snatch the new collection. Yeah… It is just that good.

This Fashionista clearly got her hands on the sweet peach collection, and she totally rocks it! For her face, she used Urban Decay naked concealer and Rimmel London stay matte powder. Her contour, blush, and highlighter all came from the Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Highlighting Palette. For her eyes, she used the Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette, Double Take Eyeliner, Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara, and Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Mascara. For her brows, she used the Anastasia Beverly Hills brow definer and tinted brow gel. On her lips, she used Too Faced Sweet Peach Lip Oil in the shade pure peach.

The amazing thing about peach it that it really does looks good on anyone. It looks beautiful on light and dark skin, and compliments any eye color. Everyone can fall in love with this fruit-inspired trend that can give anyone a warm and brightening glow. Other cosmetic companies that have peach makeup includes the Kylie Cosmetics Royal Peach Palette and Dirty Peach Lip Kit, Colourpop lip set and Peachy Keen eyeshadow set, and Nars Dual-Intensity eyeshadow in europa. There are many different shades of peach and endless ways to wear it, so experiment and swatch to find your favorite ones!
