Whatever happened to nicely dressed men? Aside from nice suits and tuxedos, men’s fashion can occasionally be a bit bland. High-end designers like Ralph Lauren and Hugo Boss tend to spice up the occasional blandness of men’s fashion, but let’s face it—it seems as if there’s only a handful of men that actually dress up for the sake of fashion. Nicely tailored suits are a nice professional alternative to fashion, but this sense of being put together can be translated into day-to-day wear. However there is something about chic street style that looks best in men’s fashion. Certain Fashionistos, like rappers Kanye West and Drake, match their fitted and put together outfits with cool hip sneakers to play with fashion. Or, another alternative to have fun with fashion would be to experiment with the bohemian ’70s trends that is very popular in women’s fashion; this style is very popular with celebrities like Harry Styles and Cody Simpson. Picking up on a trend or experimenting with styles doesn’t necessarily constitute aspects of fashion. Fashion is all about having fun, and adding a pop of color to a simple outfit can be fashionable.

This Fashionisto is a perfect example of adding a pop of color. He wears a simple, tailored put together outfit with a cool and hip accessory. The black crisp button-up shirt, dark red jeans and black sneakers contrast perfectly against his brightly colored yellow headphones, which adds a pop of color to his outfit. Adding an electronic accessory is a fun way to play with fashion. Whether it is an Apple watch, or like this Fashionisto, Beats headphones, having an electronic accessory can add dimension and a cool factor to an outfit. This simple addition can make a bland outfit look grand!

How To: Looking to incorporate more of your electronics to your outfit? Adding your favorite electronic accessory to a simple outfit, making it the primary focus of your outfit, is perfect for class, a date and even hanging out with friends.
