ALL IN THE DETAILS: Bohemian Rhapsody

There are so many cool music festivals this summer: The Governors Ball, Electric Daisy Carnival, Firefly and more! If you’re considering going to one, here are some ideas for an outfit that will set you apart from the rest of the crowd!

This Fashionista is wearing a blue-egg-shell colored crochet top and floral chambray shorts which she paired with a leather wrap-around bracelet to tie the look together.

The crochet top is perfect for a music festival or really any hot day because it is a lightweight, airy garment thanks to its crochet holes and lightweight fabric.

The chambray shorts are also an easy short to slip on and comfortably wear anywhere on a hot summer day, no matter what the occasion! Pair the shorts with sneakers or sandals to dress them down, or wedges to dress them up!

And just to add a classic touch, this Fashionista wore silver rings and a small, light, Tiffany & Co. necklace.

Now to pull together a boho-chic look, it is not imperative that you wear silver jewelry, but I have to admit that it does make the outfit look more refined. If you don’t love silver, you could always accessorize more with a floral headband, rings, and/or bracelets.

If you want to go all out bohemian, try a French-braid hair design or let your hair down in beach-babe waves. As for your purse, I recommend a leather cross-body bag because it’s light, stays on you at all times, and is guaranteed to finish the look.

How To: To imitate this look, just pair some chambray shorts together with a lightweight lace or crochet top, try some of my accessorizing suggestions, and you’re all set for a boho-chic day in the sun!
