ALL IN THE DETAILS: All The Fall Things

October 25th, 2016 at 2:07am

With pumpkin spice and everything nice, it’s finally the season we have all been waiting for. It’s that time of year where we can go pumpkin picking and sip on our apple cider. Autumn is a great time of year for fashion because it’s the season where you can get away with wearing just about anything. Since it’s now fall, the weather tends to be very indecisive and can never stay the same. In the mornings it is often very chilly, but once afternoon rolls around, it seems to be stifling. This Fashionista has the right idea with this ensemble.

Deep tones of reds, oranges and greens always seem to be the most prominent in autumn. Colors like this seem to resemble the leaves changing, similarly to how the temperature is always constantly changing. With weather like this, it is often cold in the morning and warmer around the middle of the day. This Fashionista’s outfit is perfect for accommodating this indecisive weather. The long sleeves of the dress are perfect for keeping her warm during the colder hours of the day while the length of the dress is going to help keep her cool once it starts to get hotter.

The knee-high boots she added to this ensemble are absolutely perfect. The lace-up aspect is a huge trend currently from everything from shoes to T-shirts. With the oxford like style of the toes, these boots add a bit of a vintage vibe to this very bohemian look. For those of you who are not big on accessorizing, this look is perfectly simple. The subtle tassels on the sleeves and neckline of the dress add enough detail so that you don’t need to add a ton of jewelry. In order to add a little bit more to her look, though, this Fashionista paired a very stylish fedora with some rounded Ray-Bans.

Autumn is the best time of year for Fashionistas like us since we can wear virtually anything. As long as you’re dressing for the weather and incorporating your favorite fall colors, then you are good to go. Happy pumpkin picking!
