ALL IN THE DETAILS: Cowboys And Indians

Personally, I’ve never been much of a Southern girl, because I’m so used to the Northern lifestyle. Although, every once and a while when a country song comes on the radio, I suddenly feel the urge to be sipping some lemonade on a tractor. I think we can all admit we have all wanted to be Hannah Montana and fall in love with Lucas Till, but sadly it won’t happen. As much as I would love to learn how to ride a horse, I don’t think I would be able to survive a week without cell service.

This Fashionista brings the South to the North in a subtle way by adding a boho flair. First, her simple white chiffon dress is a great staple piece to dress up or dress down. In this case, she dressed it down with a great pair of cowboy boots that can be worn year round. For accessories, she decided to go very boho with the classic turquoise and silver combination. Also, I love how she incorporated pearls with the turquoise because it is unexpected and works very will together. Lastly, her hair is pulled back into two criss cross braids secured with a nonchalant clip which is great for this casual look.

How To: Have you felt you’re a Southern gal at heart? Simply wear your favorite summer dress, add boho accessories and throw on a pair of cow boy boots. This outfit would be great for and casual summer party, outdoor events, and even going to class in the early fall.
