WHAT TO WEAR: Workout

Well, I think it’s safe to say that this week’s model isn’t missing any of his workouts! A healthy body never goes out of style and a huge motivator in getting up and getting fit is what you do it in. Personally, I know that new gear always gets me excited to get in the gym. While many sportswear brands focus on comfort and durability they are starting to pay more attention to the look of the clothes. Making athletic clothes more attractive has undeniably increased sales in the sportswear market and hopefully motivated a great portion of people to lead healthier lifestyles.

Nike is a brand known all over the world, how lucky is this guy to be sponsored by them through his school! Similar to an Under Armour top, Nike created their version called a Dri-FIT. These are compression tops designed to eliminate the presence of sweat to keep the body dry, pretty important to anyone who is working out no matter the intensity. He paired his top with some loose-fitting black Nike shorts. If you know me you know I stand by the color black. When in doubt, wear black because it’s great for hiding things, like in this model’s case, sweat. In addition to his top and bottom he wore a pair of gray game shoes with Nike socks that added to the comfortable aesthetic of his outfit and a slight pop of color.

One Simple Change: When the weather gets colder and walking to the gym becomes more of a hassle than it’s worth, grab some of Nike’s Dri-FIT compression pants and add a light winter jacket. You can’t workout if you get sick, right?
