WHAT TO WEAR: Winter

February 18th, 2015 at 2:00am

It’s snowing so much this winter, so why not use it to our advantage? After a while those big puffy coats that we all know and love are starting to make us appear shapeless and like marshmallows. Looking into getting a slimmer cut coat with just as much warmth is a good solution and sticking to the typical The North Face jacket is getting a little boring. Another alternative to a big ski jacket is a thick warm sweater with a slim vest.

This Fashionisto has the perfect ensemble for the weather and looks chic as ever.  His look is professional, clean-cut and unique. He has a checkered black and white scarf wrapped under his form fitting peacoat. His peacoat is unlike many I have seen and has an interlocking tassel instead of your typical buttons. He had a maroon hoodie under his peacoat that peaked out at the cuffs of his coat and added a little pop of color.  He paired his look with sleek black jeans and wore brown, lace-up ankle boots. This Fashionisto’s look was on point and rocking in this the not so hot weather. He also had a green messenger bag from United by Blue that worked with the slight purple on his sleeves perfectly.

Follow in the steps of this Fashionisto and you will be sure to land a job and look warm!

One Simple Change: This look is perfect to transition from a day look to a date night! So set the bag aside, take a break from work and head out for a night on the town.
