WHAT TO WEAR: Winter

Pennsylvania in December can be beautiful but also very cold. Temperatures will drop into the negatives along with snow, rain and ice, and us college students have to walk in it almost every day. When you walk outside in western Pennsylvania, you never know if it will be 60 degrees one day or -20 the next. Therefore, it is always wise to dress comfortably when walking to class and to bring extra clothes to change into. For this Fashionista, getting ready for class was an effortless task.

To prepare for the brutal temperatures ahead, there are a few items every Fashionista should have in her closet. First of all, a good pair of boots to walk in and secondly, layers upon layers of clothing because you never know what the weather will be like in Western Pennsylvania! The third thing is a warm, yet chic, winter jacket. All of these components are essential when it comes to winter in Pennsylvania. However, it is always acceptable to upgrade your style with some accessories like hats or scarves.

This Fashionista compiled all of these components into one look and it never looked better. This little lumberjack Fashionista used her wardrobe to her advantage by being comfortable, yet stylish, at the same time. Her brown combat boots complement her red and blue flannel as well as her red peacoat, which is my fave! All of the colors in this look will have everyone turning heads to check out this Fashionista’s outfit. Who knew that being comfortable could look this good? Certainly, this Fashionista did.
