After a long week of working or interning always calls for a celebration. School may be out for the summer but the weekend is still seen as the light at the end of the tunnel. As the week draws to a close, I caught up with one Fashionista who wanted to start her weekend with a bang!
The weekend is all about fun as well as relaxation. This Fashionista combines both concepts with this comfy tribal ensemble. The multicolored ankara print tunic was custom made and paired with simple cuffed jean shorts from Forever 21. Though the long sleeves can be a little off putting in this summer heat, the fabric was light and thin perfect for a summer evening or late afternoon.
Sandal heels are a big deal this season! With the simplicity of design, sandal heels are perfect and versatile for either a night out or just making a simple outfit a little more stylish. This Fashionista does just that with her red hot sandal heels that complement the dashes of red in her top. With the traces of gold in her top, she accessorized perfectly with gold accent jewelry. The large circle ring was accompanied by several cute dainty rings on her fingers and then followed with a thin strap gold watch.
Bringing it all together, this Fashionista is rocking a matte red lip that ties the whole outfit together. While she was out in the sun she threw on a pair of aviator sunglasses. This aviator style has been around since World War II and it’s still going strong! Even if the sun isn’t shining aviators always make you look that much cooler.
