The clouds are finally clearing up and the dreaded winter season is almost past us. It’s that time of the year when we can finally put away the itchy tights and stuffy turtle necks. Spring has arrived and if you are anything like me than you are re-organizing your closet trying to figure out what your spring style this year will look like. While I may not have my spring looks perfected, others already have the their go-to’s down. I came across a fellow Fashionista earlier this week. She seemed to effortlessly transform her winter style into spring with the snap of a finger.

This Fashionista is wearing an oversized jean jacket, which is a popular fall & winter trend that has been seen everywhere from the runway to every other Instagram post in your feed. It’s no surprise that we already see some Fashionistas molding this trend for the spring. She pairs a grunge graphic T-shirt with the perfect amount of attitude to balance out a flirty red skirt. Graphic T-shirts are a great way to spice up simplistic spring clothes.

As the weather gets warmer, it can be hard to find outfits that are not repetitive. Combining flirty pieces with edgier pieces seems to be the trend that will never go away. Her look is a balance of neutrals with a pop of color, which is an easy way to slowly begin stepping into spring fashion.

One Simple Change: As the weather heats up for summer, you can easily ditch the jacket and go for an edgy tank in place of the T-shirt. If you want to be more daring, add some gladiator sandals for some added drama and attention.
