WHAT TO WEAR: Library

Despite what our parents think we’re doing while away at school, there’s no denying our classes take up a lot of our time. When we’re not socializing on the weekends many of us can be found catching up on our work during the week. It’s easy to just throw on some sweats and call it a day when headed to the library but that’s acceptable more so during finals. For the rest of the semester it’s worth putting in the extra effort to stay trendy while hitting the books.

This Fashionista has kept her look casual, cute and comfortable for a study session at the library. Here she’s wearing dark cuffed skinny jeans with a plain white T-shirt. She added this textured and patterned knit infinity scarf for warmth and style. The scarf is a great focal point being the pop of color this look needed. Her leather and knit jacket is edgy and stylish while keeping her comfortable. Wearing layers at the library is always a good idea so that you can adjust as you go. Lastly she has a pair of Roxy laceless slip-on sneakers. Sneakers are perfect for getting across campus and lounging in the library.

One Simple Change: If you can’t sit comfortably in jeans for long periods of time, like during a three hour class, swap them for a pair of joggers. Essentially, joggers are a trendier sweatpants. They give you the comfort without compromising your outfit the way sweatpants would. If you don’t own a pair of these trendy bottoms, you should consider buying a pair.
