WHAT TO WEAR: Library

Just because you’re going to study, doesn’t mean that you should slack on your style! This Fashionista knows more than anyone how important it is to stay comfy and look cute while doing it. Change going to the library from being a chore to a productive study session by stepping it up a notch and switching out your sweatpants for something a little sleeker. Don’t worry, you don’t have to dress up like you’re going out for the night but, hey, you never know who you might run into at the library!

The “library” look has never look so put together. This Fashionista keeps her outfit very monochromatic, which always makes every look appear effortless. She wears a basic gray T-shirt, which keeps her ensemble causal, but the addition of her ankle length black wool jacket takes the look to another level. She pairs this jacket with shiny black Dr. Martens. Her jacket is definitely the standout statement piece of this outfit, as it is unique and very appropriate for the season. Wool jackets are timelessly stylish especially when they fall below the waistline.

For accessories, this Fashionista dons a simple black backpack. I’m all for keeping backpacks simple—that way you never have to worry if they will match the rest of your outfit. If you’re planning a study session in the library sometime soon, definitely take some tips from our Fashionista here and don’t be afraid to show your style while you hit the books!

One Simple Change: In case a dinner out with some girlfriends becomes part of the plan after studying, slip on a pair of black heeled booties to instantly become chicer.
