WHAT TO WEAR: Extreme Green

Summer has quickly turned into fall, which will, in what seems like no time, quickly transform into winter. Change is said to be hard, but building a trendy fall wardrobe shouldn’t be.

Temperatures are rapidly dropping, and with sunny days and chilly nights, it can be difficult to make the choice between freezing like an icicle or sweating all your makeup off.

As someone who knows what it’s like to have a hard time letting go of summer, I’m here to find a compromise. I find autumnal-inspired earth tones help me get out there and take advantage of all the pumpkin spice lattes, apple picking and tailgating fall has to offer.  A sturdy pair of moss green jeans can last you through the transitional season, and well into the holidays. Paired with complementary earth tone accessories, they can be worn in a multitude of ways and occasions.

Green hues have been popular in fashion as far back as anyone can tell, and the brown accessories added to the outfit pull everything together in exactly the right fashion. The sweetness of the lacey tank is balanced out by the scantily pieced together backside of the shirt, and it can easily be paired with an oversized cardigan and more sensible flats to transform the look from night to day. To everyone out there cheering for the sweater weather and fuzzy socks, your time is finally here. For everyone else, go on prepared this autumn and prove to the world that you are not afraid of its forecast inconsistencies.
