WHAT TO WEAR: Errands

That time of the week always comes when we have to run errands. It’s usually when you’re about to have some cereal and realize all the milk is gone or you get in the shower just to find that there is no conditioner left. These moments have all happened to us at some point. When these unfortunate events happen, it’s usually time to head to the store to pick a few things up. You don’t want to be that person at the store in the stained sweatpants and and ripped up T-shirt. I mean, it’s not a beauty pageant, but it is always nice to look at least pulled together a bit. So the question is, what do you wear? There are many ways to look casual but still stylish.

The other day when I had to run around town to get a few things, I donned some boyfriend jeans, which are a great alternative to sweatpants. I paired them with a white loose fitting top and pulled the look together with some sleek sneakers. I kept everything simple with my accessories so they would’t get in the way. Just some dainty gold necklaces and a black hat to complete the outfit. This look is perfect for casual afternoons spent running errands. From the boyfriend jeans to the sneakers, the outfit is easy to move in and still fashionable, which is the key component to this look!

One Simple Change: After running errands all day, you might want to go out to dinner with some friends. To make this look go from day to night, try changing the sneakers to some black leather booties and maybe a bright lipstick to top it off! These simple changes can take your look from afternoon errand run to a flirty fun look!
