It’s finally fall and that means we gotta start bundling up! Walking to class can be miserable and cold, so we need to gear up with sweaters, boots, jackets and scarves. I’ll be giving you some tips and tricks for how to dress well for this season.

This Fashionisto is wearing a black turtleneck with black jeans, tan jacket, adidas sneakers and a wide-brimmed fedora. He keeps it neutral with a black and tan color scheme with adding an athletic touch with the adidas sneakers. Additionally, his choice to wear black jeans makes his look a little less casual than normal blue jeans would. His simplistic color palette easily creates a sleek sophisticated look that an college student would want to emulate. Rather than his turtleneck being loose, knitted and having a wide neck, it’s slimly fit and is tight around the neck. The tan jacket that he’s wearing is light enough to have on a bunch of layers underneath. His outfit is topped off with a wide-brimmed black fedora, circle shades and watch.

To mix up this look a little bit, try to add chelsea boots or another kind of leather boots to give it a less athletic feel. This is a really easy change, and typically I do this when the weather is getting a bit colder.

One Simple Change: Another athletic shoe option that you could try is a pair of black vans. They still have that athletic feel but are a little sleeker because they lack laces.
