WHAT TO WEAR: Class

With summer classes in full swing, it’s easy to start slacking. When you’re going to class at 8:00 a.m., running shorts and T-shirts sounds like heaven. It’s hot outside, it’s early in the day and if you’re anything like me, you woke up five minutes before you have to leave for class. Plus, workout clothes are comfortable and easy to throw on, so why not?

Don’t get stuck in a slump! There are plenty of other comfortable, easy options that do not involve workout gear (although there are a lot of stylish options involving it too). This Fashionista’s look is perfect for class. Her kimono is not only on-trend, but it is also an easy way to upgrade a simple look. Her flowy, white tank top and black shorts are comfortable without looking frumpy. She allows the kimono to be the focus of her look by wearing neutral pieces that do not distract from the pattern or color. Even her Steve Madden purse is neutrally colored. Her TOMS sandals are cute and comfortable, and add a boho vibe to the look. Her Fossil bird necklace and simple arrow bracelet add more to the boho vibe without taking away from the kimono as well.

One Simple Change: To take this look comfortable class outfit from day to night, add a cute pair of heels or wedges. You could swap the neutral purse for a black clutch, and change out the bird necklace and simple bracelet for jewelry that is a little bit flashier.
