I cannot believe that January is over and Valentine’s Day is fast approaching. Although I’m not the biggest fan of the holiday, I do love the color scheme (pink and red) that comes with it. The weather in Michigan has been very unpredictable with temperatures peaking at 47 degrees and then plummeting back down to the low 20s.
First off I’d like to share that SheIn is one of my favorite online retailers for trendy and affordable pieces. While on the hunt for the perfect pink sweater, I stumbled upon this ruffle sweater from SheIn on my Instagram feed and had to have it. It comes in one size, has a slightly stretchy fabric and is a tad sheer. I found that the length is slightly cropped as are the sleeves, making it perfect for showcasing dainty jewelry. This sweater is very versatile and can be dressed up for a date night or down for class. I already plan on pairing this sweater with white jeans and a statement necklace for a casual dressy look and leather leggings and pink heels for a statement look.
I paired the sweater with my favorite Forever 21 dupe for the Rebecca Minkoff zipper satchel, a plain black pair of booties, my Kiel James Patrick Simply Pearlfect necklace, and a simple Charming Charlie’s bracelet.
