STYLE GURU STYLE: Easy Breezy Bohemian

The Chloé spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection was absolutely stunning, showcasing many free spirited, flowing looks. This show is also special because it was dedicated to the founder of Chloé, Gaby Aghion, who passed away the day before the show at 93-years-old. When I first saw this collection I fell in love with how carefree these pieces are. Clare Waight Keller’s pieces in this collection show an airy bohemian feel. The colors of mustard yellows, blues, browns and white also add to this. Each of these designs has a special natural spirit to them. From the lacey crocheted flowing gowns, babydoll topped dresses, a little bit of dark denim, suede accents, brown encrusted floral textiles, gladiator sandals and sheer tunics. Some of my favorite pieces of this collection include, Look three, Look 19 and Look 26.

For my look, I wanted to base it on my loose-fitted floral baby doll tunic. This is because, some of my favorite parts of this collection included the flowing tunics and the brown floral textiles. To keep with the simplicity, I just paired my tunic with black leggings. For shoes I chose my black Tory Burch Reva ballet flats. With my jewelry I kept it clean with just a few gold stackable rings and gold floral stud earrings to keep with a bohemian feel.

This look can be worn on multiple different occasions such as a casual day outfit, or going out to lunch with your friends. This collection has definitely made me want to bring a little bit more bohemian accents and simplicity to my personal style.

Get my look: 1. Tory Burch Reva flats. 2. Baby doll tunic. 3. Gold stackable rings.
